  • Scheduling and operations software: ZenMaid is our scheduling platform and stores your booking history, appointment details, and contact information. ZenMaid's privacy policy is available at zenmaid.com.
  • Customer relationship management: Go High Level (GHL) is our CRM and communication platform. It stores your contact information and communication history. GHL's privacy policy is available at gohighlevel.com.
  • Data management: Airtable is used internally to track job records, payment records, and cleaner assignments. Client data stored in Airtable is accessible only to authorized Always Shine Cleaners personnel.
  • Marketing platforms: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and similar platforms may receive anonymized or hashed contact data to enable targeted advertising. This data is used solely for advertising purposes and is not sold or shared beyond these platforms.
  • Legal and compliance: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, prevent fraud, or ensure the safety of our clients and staff.
  • Business transfers: In the event Always Shine Cleaners is acquired, merged, or sold, your information may be transferred to the new entity as part of that transaction. You will be notified of any such change via email or a notice on our website.

5. Payment Security

All payment transactions are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store, transmit, or have access to your full credit or debit card number at any point. Card data is tokenized by Stripe and handled entirely within their secure infrastructure.

If you believe your payment information has been compromised in connection with a transaction with Always Shine Cleaners, contact us immediately and we will work with Stripe to investigate.

By providing your phone number and booking our services, you consent to receive text messages from Always Shine Cleaners for the following purposes:

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.

To opt out of text communications at any time, reply STOP to any message from us. You will be removed from all text communications within 24 hours. Note that opting out of promotional texts does not opt you out of transactional texts such as appointment confirmations and reminders, which are necessary to deliver your service.
